Hi, I’m Christine, and it’s truly an honor to walk alongside individuals who are navigating trauma, overcoming tough situations, managing anxiety and depression, or asking life’s hard questions. Whether you’re a teenager struggling with life’s challenges, an adult working through anxiety and depression, or someone seeking healing from past wounds, I’m here to help you discover a path forward that fosters hope, clarity, and growth.

Are you overwhelmed? Do you feel stuck? Are you confused or frustrated in your relationships? Are you afraid that you can’t change? Is something in your life not working and you don't know why? If you feel depressed, anxious, stressed, or stranded, my mission is to help you.

As a licensed therapist in both Illinois and Missouri, I specialize in working with adults, teenagers, and individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those struggling with anxiety and depression. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), and Solution-Focused Therapy. My approach is empathic, strengths-based, goal-oriented, and collaborative. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate trauma, attachment issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and more—tailoring each session to meet their unique needs and empowering them with strategies to foster growth and healing.

When you come to a session with me, you can expect a calm, honest, and compassionate space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I strive to make therapy feel like an easy, natural conversation—one where there’s room for challenge, growth, and encouragement. Laughter often has its place in the process, and I may suggest homework to help you practice new strategies and coping skills between sessions. My clients often share that they leave sessions feeling hopeful and empowered, and that’s exactly my goal: to help you take meaningful steps toward resilience and a more fulfilling life.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in communication from Hannibal-LaGrange University and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California. My passion for helping others has taken me far and wide—I’ve had the privilege of living in Haiti and traveling to more than a dozen countries, including Morocco, Peru, China, and India. These experiences have broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of the human experience across diverse cultures.

In addition to my therapy practice, I teach part-time at Hannibal-LaGrange University, where I lead courses related to psychology and sociology. Teaching allows me to continue learning, deepening my skills, and sharing knowledge with others—something I’m passionate about.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered, and I’m here to help you work toward your goals in a way that feels both encouraging and practical. If you’re ready to begin the healing process, I’d love to meet with you and walk alongside you on this journey toward wholeness and well-being.
